Maintaining the most effective and efficient levels of stock, both from a customer and cost perspective is a daily challenge. Using the stock control information, micommerce produces a daily list of items that have reached their reorder level and, at the click of a button, produces all the necessary documents to send to each of your suppliers.
micommerce enables you to specify (for each supplier), the regularity you want to order from them, thus decreasing the amount of paperwork created, but also significantly reducing the number of delivery charges you incur. At any time however, it is possible to view your entire purchasing requirement and override any of the default settings made.
In addition, micommerce provides support for non-stocked items and services, as well as full order management for Drop Shipment items (i.e. those shipped by the supplier directly to the customer).
