As micommerce is a fully integrated system, order information is available to the customer regardless of the channel used to place that order. micommerce communicates with the customer at each stage of the order fulfilment process, thus helping to reduce the number of customer service calls you receive.

As an order moves through each of the stages on its way to despatch, status information (such as order received, payment authorised, ready to despatch, despatched etc.) is communicated to the customer. In addition, the customer can access this information via your website, calling your customer services team, or simply entering one of your retail outlets.
